Erh\u00f6hte Luftverschmutzung stellt einen Risikofaktor dar, der einen fortschreitenden Sehverlust verursachen kann, der als altersbedingte Makuladegeneration (AMD) bezeichnet wird. Der Zustand verursacht die Degeneration der Makularegion in der Netzhaut. Somit verursacht es einen irreversiblen Einfluss auf das Sehverm\u00f6gen und macht eine Person zunehmend blind.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"dt-pswp-item\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pranaair.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Human-eye.jpg\" data-dt-img-description=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16421\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pranaair.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Human-eye.jpg\" alt=\"Human eye\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>AMD ist die Hauptursache f\u00fcr irreversible Erblindung bei der Bev\u00f6lkerung von L\u00e4ndern mit hohem Einkommen. Wir wussten, dass Luftverschmutzung die Sichtbarkeit der Umgebung beeinflusst. Aber wer h\u00e4tte gedacht, dass es auch zu einem kompletten Verlust des Augenlichts kommen kann?<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00; color: #339966;\"> Die Studium<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Die Stichprobengr\u00f6\u00dfe bestand aus 115,954 britischen Biobank-Studienteilnehmern im Alter zwischen 40 und 69 Jahren. Keiner der Teilnehmer hatte Augenprobleme, als die Studie im Jahr 2006 begann.<\/p>\n<p>Die Studie konzentrierte sich auf die Rolle von drei Luftschadstoffen bei der Verursachung der Degeneration der menschlichen Netzhaut \u2013 atembare Partikel (PM2.5), Stickstoffdioxid (NO2) und Stickoxide (NOx).<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"dt-pswp-item\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pranaair.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Air-Pollution.jpg\" data-dt-img-description=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16423\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pranaair.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Air-Pollution.jpg\" alt=\"Air Pollution\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Den Ergebnissen zufolge stellt PM2.5 ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes AMD-Risiko dar als andere Schadstoffe. Zur Perspektive: PM2.5 enth\u00e4lt Partikel, die mehr als 30-mal feiner sind als die Str\u00e4hne eines menschlichen Haares! Eine weitere Entdeckung war, dass die anderen Schadstoffe Ver\u00e4nderungen in der Netzhautstruktur hervorrufen k\u00f6nnten, die den Sehsinn auf l\u00e4ngere Sicht beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ergebnis der umfangreichen Forschung schlug vor, dass oxidativer Stress oder Entz\u00fcndung der Weg ist, der AMD verursacht, wenn man diesen Schadstoffen ausgesetzt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse zeigten auch, dass Menschen, die in den am st\u00e4rksten verschmutzten Gebieten leben, mindestens achtmal anf\u00e4lliger f\u00fcr AMD waren.<\/p>\n<p>Es deutete darauf hin, dass die langfristige Exposition gegen\u00fcber Luftschadstoffen, insbesondere ultrafeinen Partikeln oder verbrennungsbedingten Schadstoffen aus Fahrzeugemissionen, die Hauptfaktoren f\u00fcr die Augenkrankheit sind.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wir wissen, wie sich verschmutzte Luft auf unsere Gesundheit auswirkt.
