Essas esta\u00e7\u00f5es de teste podem ser encontradas em fornecedores de motores de combust\u00e3o, autom\u00f3veis, aeronaves, navios e caminh\u00f5es, entre outros. Existem tamb\u00e9m esta\u00e7\u00f5es de teste ambiental que filtram o ar para determinar o n\u00edvel de polui\u00e7\u00e3o. O exame desses filtros \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio, n\u00e3o importa onde a filtragem seja feita. Isso significa que o material particulado nos filtros deve ser pesado corretamente. Para isso, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias as balan\u00e7as mais precisas.
