Terms & Conditions
Listed here are the terms and conditions that apply to Prana Air rental services.
Rentals of ten units or more are required, for no less than twelve months.
At the point of ordering, a rental security amount must be paid in advance.
Not until the rental time has ended is the security deposit returned.
Responsibility for the cost of any physical damage to the merchandise rests with you. The quantity of security will be taken into account.
Prana Air will extend technical support for any issues that involve the product and data accessibility across the whole rental duration.
Your rental service bundles the product, technical help for device setup and a cloud server for data accessibility together.
No WiFi service comes as part of the rental package.

1. What steps does device setup take?
- Place the device indoors, in the location where you wish to keep an eye on the air quality, and give it electricity. The AQI mobile app is then used to connect the device to WiFi.
2. How is the device's air quality data obtained?
- Use the AQI mobile app, the smart TV app or the web-dashboard to access and analyse the data remotely.
3. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
- Buying a minimum of 10 units for a 12-month period is required.
4. Do you have to pay the full sum in advance?
- Yes, there is. You pay the full cost upfront and a refundable deposit alongside it.
5. Does the money used as security get refunded?
- At the end of the rental period, the full security deposit is returned. Should any physical harm come to the unit, the security value is reduced to match.
6. If a technical problem occurs, what should you do?

7. In what ways does this renting service benefit me?
