Yes. SQUAIR Basic has a Smart Display that shows live AQI and parameter readings right on the device, while SQUAIR Lite has no screen, so you view all data via the AQI mobile app, dashboard or TV application.

Only the SQUAIR Basic tracks formaldehyde, using an Electrochemical sensor with a 0 to 2 ppm range and high accuracy. MDF furniture and paints often give off formaldehyde, so this feature is a must for newly built or renovated spaces.

Yes. Both variants measure 12 x 12 x 3 cm, weigh 227 grams, use ABS plastic housing and run on 12V DC power, and both support wall and ceiling mounting and work between -10°C to 60°C and 0 to 95% RH.

SQUAIR uses a 90-degree Light Scattering (laser-based optical) sensor to measure all three particle sizes at the same time. It has a full range of 0 to 999 ug/m3, with an accuracy of +/-10% for levels of up to 150 ug/m3.

The monitor uses an NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) sensor to measure CO2. With a range of 0 to 5,000 ppm and high accuracy, it is very good at picking up ventilation issues in offices and classrooms.

A MEMS gas sensor measures TVOCs with a range of 0 to 65 ppm and a resolution of 10 ppb. At this level it picks up emissions from furniture, cleaning products and personal care items with ease.

An RTD sensor measures temperature with an accuracy of +/-0.3°C, and a Capacitive sensor measures relative humidity with an accuracy of +/-2% RH.

Yes. Both variants meet the sensor type and measurement range rules for the WELL v2, LEED v4.1 and ASHRAE 62.1 standards.
