Yes. The SQUAIR Basic has a Smart Display on the unit itself, so you can see real-time air quality readings at a glance. The SQUAIR Lite has no screen, and it streams its data only to the AQI app, the web dashboard, or the television app.

Only the SQUAIR Basic tracks formaldehyde. It uses a highly sensitive Electrochemical sensor. Formaldehyde is a common chemical that off-gasses from MDF, paints, and adhesives, so monitoring it is crucial in newly renovated or newly built buildings.
