In an earlier time, we used to think that having air purifiers at home as a luxurious and fancy decoration. Now, they count in the basic necessities. And there’s no brainer that the leading reason behind the same is the increased levels of indoor air pollution. Let’s discuss some important benefits of air purifiers in indoor air pollution.

Air purifiers are extremely essential in maintaining a safe and clean environment in homes as well as offices, given the lack of cross ventilation.

Benefits of Air Purifiers:

Reduction in allergies: Most urban people are allergic to the minute particles available in the dust. Pollen, molds, smog, grains and sand are some of the allergens found in dust. Air purifiers, nowadays, have modern technology which purifies the air by removing these allergy-causing particles.

Removal of odours: Because of the deprivation of a proper ventilation system in the homes these days, there are meagre chances of air circulation. This causes the odours from several sources, such as furnishings, paints, cooking, closets, chemical reactions, etc. Air purifiers eliminate these harmful odours, leaving behind odourless and clean air to breathe.

Riddance from contaminated particles: Indoor air is full of numerous contaminants, namely pollutants, pet dander, chemicals, mites, smoke particles and many more. These contaminants deteriorate the quality of the air, making it unhealthy to breathe. The prime and foremost function of air purifiers is to eradicate the contaminants from the air via filters, making it breathable.

Eradication of gaseous pollution: In addition to contaminated particles, there are gaseous pollutants hovering in the air as well. Gases emanated from cooking, burning of charcoal and biomass fuel released from refrigerators are injurious to health. Air purifiers either eliminate these gaseous pollutants. Otherwise, it converts them in some other forms which does not pose harm to health.

Air purifiers are responsible to promote the quality of air which is clean and breathable. They address the majority of breathing issues people are vulnerable to.

With its advanced technology and filtration system, Prana Air Purifier is one such purifier which promises and provides you with a safe and comfortable environment.

I never knew that pet dander can lead to microcontaminants that get into the air and are harmful to breathe. My wife and I are thinking of getting our daughter a dog, and we want to make sure that we aren’t breathing anything harmful into our lungs. I will be sure to tell my wife that we should look into finding an air purifier that can help us with the pet dander.

It is good that you reminded us that an air purifier can eliminate foul odor from paints, cooking, or from a chemical reaction. Since we have re-painted the interior parts of the house just recently, the paint’s odor still lingers and comes obnoxious to the nose making it tough for us to enjoy breathing. With that nuisance in mind, we are looking for an air purification system that can help eliminate foul odor inside the house and make us feel safe.

I am glad that you mentioned how air purifiers will be able to get rid of the air contaminants that are coming from your refrigerator and cooking appliances. My wife and I cook a lot, so are ap[plicanes get a lot of use. It sure does look like we need to invest in a reliable air purifier for our home.
