The natural cycle and quality of human life is disrupting due to increased level in air pollution. Therefore, the air quality monitoring is necessary to identify pollution levels. A rigid structure containing electrical circuitry with traces (embedded metal wires) and planes (metal areas) is Printed Circuit Board (PCB). The sensors of choice are placed over the board to monitor the real time air quality data of toxic and non-toxic compounds via different wireless communications. The boards are compact in size, light weight and portable which are highly suitable for real time air quality monitoring.
Prana Air has four different variations for Printed Circuit Boards. The boards are easy to customize as per the demand.

Prana Air six in one PCB is air quality monitoring sensor module. The sensors in PCB are dust (PM) sensors based on 90o light scattering, carbon dioxide sensor based on NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared Radiation), tVOC sensor based on MOS, toxic gas sensors (carbon monoxide, ozone, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide & hydrogen sulfide) based on electrochemical gas sensing, temperature and humidity.
– The sensor is customizable for total volatile organic compounds.
– The PCB has connectivity of Wi-Fi, GPRS and RS-485. It has 5000 mAh lithium ion battery.
– The board is Conformité Européenne(CE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) compliant.
Prana Air 1 PPB PCB is a customizable board. The board is available for either four sensors or six sensors. The sensors of toxic gases come with 1 PPB resolution, which are inclusive of carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, tVOCs, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and ozone and particulate matters PM2.5, temperature & humidity.
– It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring.
– It has two different types of connectivity: GPRS and RS- 485.
– The board is Conformité Européenne (CE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) compliant.
This PCB is available PM2.5 and carbon dioxide only. PM sensor is based on 90 degree light scattering and carbon dioxide sensor is based on NDIR.
– It is suitable for indoor air quality monitoring.
– It has only RS-485 type of connectivity.
– The board is Conformité Européenne (CE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) compliant.
This PCB is available for toxic gases viz. carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and ozone. The sensors are based on electrochemical gas technique.
– The board has a USB port. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring.
– It has three different types of connectivity including Wi-Fi, GPRS and RS-485.
