Terms & Conditions
Here are the terms and conditions that govern Prana Air rental services.
You must rent ten or more units for at least twelve months.
At the time you order, you must pay a rental security amount in advance.
We return the security deposit only after the rental term has ended.
You are responsible for the cost of any physical damage to the merchandise. We will take the amount of security into account.
For the duration of the rental, Prana Air will offer technical support on any issues with the product and data accessibility.
Included in the rental service: the product, technical help with device setup, and a cloud server for data accessibility.
The rental package does not include the WiFi service.

1. What are the device setup steps?
- Set the device in an indoor location where you want to monitor the air quality, and plug it into a power source. Next, use the AQI mobile app to connect the device to WiFi.
2. Where can I see the device's air quality data?
- You can access the data remotely for analysis through the AQI mobile app, the smart TV app, and the web-dashboard.
3. What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
- You need to buy at least 10 units for a 12-month period.
4. Do I have to pay the full sum up front?
- Yes, you must pay the full cost upfront, and a refundable deposit is also required.
5. Do I get the security money refunded?
- The security deposit comes back in full when the rental period ends. If there is any physical harm to the unit, we reduce the security value accordingly.
6. What should you do when a technical problem occurs?
Technical support will be available if any problems come up. The first thing to do is contact the Prana Air support staff.
7. What benefits does this renting service give me?
- Monitor the quality of the air quickly and affordably, and analyze and compare your organization's data, with no ownership issues to deal with at all.
8. How long is the minimum duration for rentals?
- You must use the service for at least 24 months.
9. What types of business are able to implement the renting model?

10. Can residences use it as well?
