A higher amount of air pollution is interrupting the natural cycle and the quality of human life. To determine pollution levels, air quality monitoring is therefore required. The printed circuit board is a hard framework that houses electrical circuitry with traces (embedded metal lines) and planes (metal regions) (PCB). The chosen sensors are positioned across the board to track real-time data on the air quality of dangerous and non-toxic substances via various wireless communications. The boards’ small size, light weight, and portability make them ideal for monitoring air quality in real time.
For printed circuit boards, Prana Air offers four different options. The boards are simple to modify to meet needs.

Air quality monitoring sensor module from Prana Air six in one PCB. The sensors in PCB include temperature, humidity, toxic gas sensors (carbon monoxide, ozone, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, and hydrogen sulphide) based on electrochemical gas sensing, and dust (PM) sensors based on 90o light scattering. The carbon dioxide sensor is based on NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared Radiation).
– The sensor is customizable for total volatile organic compounds.
– The PCB has connectivity of Wi-Fi, GPRS and RS-485. It has 5000 mAh lithium ion battery.
– The board is Conformité Européenne(CE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) compliant.
Prana Air 1 PPB PCB is a board that can be customised. The board may accommodate either four or six sensors. The sensors for dangerous gases, which include carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide, tVOCs, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, and ozone as well as particulate matter PM2.5, temperature, and humidity, have a resolution of 1 PPB.
– It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring.

– The board is Conformité Européenne (CE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) compliant.
Only PM2.5 and carbon dioxide contain this PCB. The carbon dioxide sensor is based on NDIR, whereas the PM sensor is based on 90 degree light scattering.
