Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions that apply to all Prana Air rental services.
Ten or more units have to be rented for a minimum of twelve months.
The rental security amount must be paid in advance at the time of ordering.
Return of the security deposit happens only after the rental time is over.
You have to cover the cost of any physical damage caused to the merchandise. The security amount will be considered while doing so.
For any issues linked to the product and data accessibility, Prana Air will offer technical support for the entire rental duration.
The rental service includes the product, along with technical help for device setup and a cloud server for data accessibility.
The rental package does not cover the WiFi service.

- For analysis and access, the AQI mobile app, smart TV app and web-dashboard offer remote access to the data.
3. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
- For 12 months, you have to buy a minimum of 10 units.
4. Is it necessary to pay the full sum up front?
- Yes, the full cost has to be paid upfront, along with a refundable deposit as well.
5. Is the security amount refundable or not?
- The security deposit is returned in full once the rental period is over. In case of any physical harm to the unit, the security value gets reduced accordingly.
6. What is to be done in case of a technical problem?
In the event of any problems, technical support would be available to you. First of all, you must contact the Prana Air support staff.
7. What are the advantages this renting service offers?
